FAQs & Cancellation Policy
Do you accept direct billing? Yes, direct billing can be done for in-clinic treatment. If, for any reason, your claim cannot be submitted directly, the client is responsible for full payment.

How can I prepare for an in-home visit? Clear space for a massage table, and prepare a quiet environment.

What to wear for your treatment for Osteo: Loose, comfortable clothing is preferred.

Can I receive treatment if I'm pregnant? Yes, please mention when booking so we can prepare a special pillow for your treatment.

Cancellation policy: Missed appointments leave a gap that could have supported another patient. To be fair, a minimum of 24 hours' notice is required for changes to appointment times or cancellations. Missed or cancellations within 24 hours will be charged a fee equal to the cost of the visit.
